Big day for BBD

A big day for Bombardier:

- sold their share of Flexjet for a reported $185M;
- took an order from Flexjet for 85 business jets worth $1.8B, options for another 160 worth $3.4B;
- signed a series of agreements related to Q400 production in Russia (up to 100 a/c worth up to $5.2B.

"By Sept 17th", Im tempted to ask "which year?" given the recent history of first flight delays at Boeing/Airbus et all! It takes a brave PR flunky to anounce anything in aviation these days, Sikorsky helicopters being the latest on the long list of delayed "in service date" to miss by five years!

Ahhh!
But some of those lies are true.
Let's see if the 16th or 17th are sunny days. Isn't that what they're waiting for?

The music drowning out the engine noise was no doubt from a band hired by Bob Deluce! This will get the Nimby out on the streett again methinks!

Angel

Non sense!

The music was there so that people would know when it did take off (like a drum roll).

Saw the interview on-line while the aircraft was in flight with future customer including Douche I mean Deluce and I didn't realise he was that short... No wonder he as an inferiority complex.
