Don Watson passing....
A very sad note received today on the passing of long time BCAC member, Don Watson. Don received BCAC's Robert S. Day Trophy in 1980 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 1994.
This received today from the Chairman of the Canadian Aviation Hall of Fame:
It is my very sad duty to report the passing of Don Watson, Member and Chairman Emeritus of Canada’s Aviation Hall of Fame and a great friend and mentor to many in the Canadian aviation community.I worked for Don while at PWA. He had it right.
