Hi,

Can anyone help me with employment terms of a DHC-6 Capt in Canada.

Looking for a floatplane job.

I'd start the search at Kenn Borek in Calgary. They also have operations with floats in the Maldives. Used to be the Maldives was the only place to get hired with them as a non-Canadian.

they sold some and maybe have some on lease but otherwise completly dissasociated. zip, nil, nadda.

I have been looking at MAT, anyone knows their requirements, salary benefits etc.

Make sure you have the right to live and work in Canada and be advised that there are many many high time, experienced pilots out of work here

Companies will not go through the paperwork hassle of getting work permits for someone when they could hire someone already here with the right to live and work here already.
