Eclipse prev deposit holders
Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the proceedings in the New Mexico Courts on the former Eclipse deposit holders?, ie those people/companies who had requested deposits returned prior to the Charter 11 of Eclipse who were suing the former Eclipse directors or the insurance company for their deposits back.
Any links to information would be very much appreciated!

This is the website of the 'new' owners of Eclipse - from Google:
Total Eclipse | The World's Most Efficient Very Light Jet | Home
The only thing Canadian apparently were the Pratt & Whitney engines which were repossessed by P & W Canada when the original company filed for Chapter 11 in New Mexico.
good luck

In Canada we only have one EA500 in the country and it has a US registration.
The company was sold thru the courts for 40 million, so I'm not sure where all the money went - but I assume secured creditors ate up all the money. I don't believe any of the deposits where returned, or will be honoured.
Here is a current article from the February issue of Flying on the New EA500.
