Try the Courtyard Marriott. Many crews overnight there.

Hilton at the main terminal or Sheraton, Cote de Liesse.

Its been my experience that most major chains will give you some kind of discount if you make it known you are an airline employee. However unless your airline actually stays there, it may not be much more than that standard corporate discount. It never hurts to ask though!!

The Crowne Plaza also on Cote de Liesse gives crew discounts. Although, if you can manage it, try to go downtown. Cote de Liesse doesn't have to much food/drinks wise except for the hotel restaurants.
