My sugestion would be run the other way if their performance at CYHM is anything to go by, much of the decline in movements at this airport is due to these folks, sugest you go to the Av Canada site and contact folks there re closure of flight school, loss of airline traffic ect. There is a poster "Hazitude" who might fill you in on details.
