You never know - better than 0 time on type if you are looking for a 200 job... but the big Q's are... do you have a right to work in Canada? a TC license? are you current on type? if the answer to any of these is no than it will be no help at all.

yeah i do have a TC license , and i'm current on type but dont have permit to work in Canada ...

Well with as many laid off pilots as there are I would think your chances are very poor. Plenty of Canadians with that sort of time on the Unemployment line these days,
