Chuck, maybe they want to find out how to land a King Air on less than 5,000ft? unless of course its got through to these guys that they dont know it all and might learn something by hanging around guys who make things work in this bloody climate, maybe a film about TCs flying mishaps could be the next TV hit, something like "Airplane", but this time non fiction!

The folks at History Channel need to find a way of making this program more accessable on-line. Good, bad, or otherwise, whatever your opinion MANY will find it interesting and entertaining.

I have my own issues with the show but overall, at least "three-to-four thumbs up". This is one REALITY show I actually enjoy. Flaws and all.

Never mind King Airs on less than 5000 feet Clunkdirver, how about Dash 8's on 10,000 feet and then having a sh.t storm of attacking anyone who wondered how they managed to run out of runway trying to land.

Or an instructional film on the judicious use of the crossfeed on Beechcraft products.

A great series.

A mighty effort by people at Buffalo Airways to operate and maintain aircraft in that environment.

It is also good for joe public to see that there is more to flying than frequent flyer programs, gold wing lounges and air conditioned terminals.

Round engines are real engines!!

I take back everything I said about 'contrived crises'. On balance, last night's crash-landing with gear-up was almost certainly not done for TV ratings...

Just hope for Joe's cardiac wellbeing that full payment had been received for the two aircraft. A protracted legal / insurance claim in Ankara would be a sure-fire killer.

Anyone know what happened to the (Ex)instructor???

Hi there!

I'm afraid Episode 8 appears to be a dodgy link.

Many thanks for putting them all online, I have downloaded the rest without a problem! Looking forward to watching some this evening!

Wonder why the link is titled Will Fly For Free. Are the candidates for the pilot positions not getting paid?

I thnk it is just a convenient site to host the series that otherwise would be unavailable outside of Canada. I'm glad it's there.

Great series. Unique operation. Ted927 can you post a link on megaupload for the last episode? It is floating around out there, but I can't get a watchable copy. Thanks for any effort.
Greetings, O.
