American Flying in Canada!

Hey guys,

I was just wondering how is flying in Canada? Are the airlines hiring? What are the pilot qualifications to start at an airline?

Thanks

Fine, I suppose.

Not really.

What are the pilot qualifications to start at an airline?
Depends, and of course there can be exception, but a ball park if you want to be realistic, 3000-5000 hours, ATPL, 705/704 experience, jet or heavy turboprop time and a pile of jet/turboprop PIC, Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

This isn't the best forum to ask about Canada. Try Avcanada.ca. You will find all the info you need there!!
