Laser Pointer Attacks - Toronto
Now, I have heard from a few GA acquaintances up at CYKZ, about lasers being directed at them coming in over the houses in the vicinity.
To-date, not heard of any into CYYZ, but now with publicity given in the Star, I am concerned this may give rise to some retards shining their pointers skywards as we come in on short finals to 23, with all the hiding places around the industrial units the other side of Airport Road...
Thankfully, not suffered personally...comments guys ?

It has been happening alot recently into YYZ (getting reports from the pilots) on 23/24s and 05/06s.
We tell the shift manager immediately who if I understand correctly passes the information onto the police.
