Flight Service Specialist

I am a Assistant Air Traffic controller in England and want to move over to Canada. I have looked at Nav Canada's website and seem to fit the bill of Flight Service Specialist in terms of experience and skills. Does anyone know who to contact and how easy it would be to get a job. My wife is a Canadian citizen so emigration would be easy - just need a job. Thanks
