Enerjet
From what i have been hearing there is big talks of Enerjet being bought up at least thats the chatter around YYC, then again makes sense as I think Tim Morgan is driving the company into the ground faster then the Canadian dollar is rising. Does anyone else have any insight into this? rumors around here are there flying will be grounded on Halloween day. As normal there is lots of chitter chatter around YYC talking about XPO possibly taking the ranees or Morgans boots to help him walk out the door.

Sold?
Not sure where your information is coming from..just heard from a friend over there..two new hire pilots just started groundschool Wed morning, class of FA's soon to follow. Tim Morgan running things into the ground?..He's one of the hardest working guys I've ever met in this industry, I've known him for over 20 years. They have a good product, just need to catch a break I'm thinking..

If Morgan is truly "your" knight and shining armor that wouldn’t surprise me, but in reality he must not be a gene even with the bald head and all as his luck is running out. He’s just too caught up in the old boy’s game and it’s about time he put the cowboy boots to rest. Although I have not heard anything directly from either company I have also heard around YYZ that they are burning up money and now flying for Air Transat as they can’t support their own program as they are now being Transat’s bitch to put it lightly. In any case let’s not let these threads get out of hand here as one did a while back on Airlinecrew.net until the moderator shut it down.
All in all in every aviation career there is a time to stay and a time to go, so I would not be surprised if Morgan did the right thing for once and then retire shortly after he gets Enerjet back up and structured properly whether it be a merge or simply a common sense roll, as I don’t have a lot of respect for him nor his career I do feel that he’s the type that will want to leave with his head in the air, after all he is a WestJet boy gone wrong….

Lots of speculation from you guys. I'm not sure what Tim ever did to you, all he ever was with me was straight up and truthful, more than I can say for the top of the management chain here at WJA. Did you hear what they did to a couple of the guys who left?..day one people, promised lifetime passes whenever they left and they got screwed out of them. I pretty much lost all respect for the management team right there.
The people here used to smile because they were happy, now they smile because they think they should. The Westjet of today has nothing in common even with what it was a few years ago.

Have you ever met Tim Morgan? I've known him for over 20 years and happen to think he's one of the straight shooters in the industry, unlike what a fellow driver calls our (WJ) management now...corporate psychopaths..

Tim Morgan
Good comment on another web-site, says it all:
"Let face it guys, Enerjet is all about Tim Morgan trying to show Clive Beddoe that he is a somebody. It is common knowledge that Clive ran Tim and Bill out the WestJet door. As a result, once Tim was finished with his non-compete clause, he used his name to find investors to start a new B737 operation out of Calgary. As if lightening could strike twice in the same place. One of the worst business plans in Canadian aviation history.
Such an operation would need to keep four aircraft busy just to cover their overhead. No doubt, the investors are now frantic and Tim has gone from hero to zero. Enerjet is now at the mercy of their investors. I hope they survive, but the odds are against them now. "
