Transport Canada Testing Centres

Does anyone know if there are any TC testing centres located in Europe. I am looking for somewhere to try to do TC CPL theory, I know of a couple of schools in the UK where there are FAA instructors and are registered testing centres, just wondered if anybody knew of anyone who could do the same for TC courses.
