NavCanada/ATC entrapment policy

There seems to be a serious problem in Canadian aviation as per a thread on Avcanada AVCANADA • View topic - Low vis/reduced vis operations Foreign pilots who fly into Canada or through Canadian controlled airspace should note that NavCanada/ATC appears to have an anti-pilot entrapment programme in place, particularly at CYYC. Foreign pilots should ensure that they do not put their licences or jobs at risk when operating in Canadian airspace. This also applies to Canadian pilots who currently work overseas but might one day operate in Canada again.

As a Canadian I am very sad to have to post such a warning.

Canada is going the way of Zimbabwe as far as government is concerned, luckily for me I got out of aviation in Canada and worked offshore for the last decade or so of my career.

The rules and regulations here are so complex even the regulator can not understand them.....madness utter madness.
