YVR vs YQM

Hi everyone,can someone pls make a comparison b/w proifr boundary bay and moncton fc with regards to weather,cost and standard?

YVR, beautiful city, mostly good weather though some rain.
YQM, nice city, easier women, mostly bad wx this time of year"but good experience" and last but not least dealing with near midairs from the CAF. Either are good schools, if budget is key yqm, otherwise yvr
