Don't take the Fragrant Harbour Forum too seriously. Many people on there are whingers who are unhappy earning $10-$20 USD per month (at 15% tax). They are complaining because they accepted a pay cut for the guys who started after them and now the mgt want to pay them that reduced rate as well....

Lerxt, you haven't a clue about what you're commenting on. Unless you work for CX, please do us all a favour and shut up. Your head's up your rear end. The issues go far beyond salary. If you HAD a clue, you would have said that.
