Canada or U.S - Which one?

I've searched this site, but was unable to find any answers. Any information would be appreciated.
First, I have both Canadian and U.S. Citizenship. I've currently just received my Multi-Instrument Rating and also hold a CPL w/ 230TT ,120PIC (single)and about 15h multi-time on a piper-seneca34. I've been told there are more opportunities in the U.S than Canada? Is this true? This would be my first pilot job and normally in Canada the peak season is spring (feb-mar),which has past for this year. If I transfer my licenses over to U.S. standards, do I have better chance? or do I wait till feb-mar next year and go up to northern Canada.(non-prefered location) Again, ANY information would be valuable and appreciated.
Thx.ñ
