Smile Skyservice Airlines/ RootsAir Pay & etc Info?

Is there anyone out there who can tell me about the pay scale, per diem, days off, crew bases, and opportunities at the new Skyservice/RootsAir Airline. How do the employee like working for the company?

I've got 4000hrs jet with 1000hrs heavy.

You sound Ideal for Skyservice,with that experience.Send your resume to Capt Terry Dowd,Chief pilot,Fax:905 6773165. Until now average charter wages,but about to go into Negotiations for an improved 'agreement' (trans At'have set a precedent,Capt's $100k/yr)
As yet nobody knows the proposed schedule,but it requires 28 flights a day across Canada/US,eventually going to all the provinces,with 18 a/c..The startup is Nov'

Initially only one baseYYZ,but I suspect the Firm would get better productivety with commuting crews

Thank you for the information. I'll get right to it. What is the present pay for Captain Year 1? What is the 'per diem' rate?
