Favorite St.John's Pub

I've got a pairing coming up with a 30 hour layover in St.John's (YYT).
I think a visit to the Windsock followed by The Duke (of Dukesworth) may be in order. Anyone got a favorite George Street watering hole?
I heard an amazing blues band at another George Street spot last winter but can't remember the name, or much else from that night.

That blues bar would be the Fat Cat , I believe. I always enjoy O'reilly's Irish Pub.Anywhere on George Street should do.

Is a EMJ the Embrear? They had one in our hangar, after I got my pilot's treat bag I told the guy he should have brought along some of them Brazilian Carnival girls in the feathers and we would'ave slapped down an order on em for sure. I'll have to search George Street for the Newfie equivilant.

I too have one of thoes 30 hr layovers this month and plan to get the whole crew to visit Trapper Johns and get "skreeched in"
