MK Crash, any report yet ?

I wonder wheter there is anything official out yet concerning the MK 747-200F that crashed in Oct.2004 at Halifax. Killing the entire crew (AFAIK).
Just scanned the TSB site to no avail.
Would be an interesting issue in terms of CRM...

appreciate it,

seemingly any official docs about it would not yet exist.

still have to be patient.
TSB invest takes quite a time now...good thing can wait.
