AC
No problem!
Some people get to the interview because they know the right people, others get there simply because they have all the right qualifications. The process of getting to the interview is one thing, while getting the job is another.
Once you have completed all the tests and interview your file gets transferred to a board of selection (directors, from what I've heard). There your file gets reviewed and based on your results they offer you a job or not. That can take a few weeks (anywhere from 3 to 6). The one thing you don't want is to get is a letter from them. (That means you did not get the job) A phone call is what you are hoping for...
Note: You have to meet all the requirements to get the job.
Flight time (right now the cutoff is around 3 000hrs)
EQ (psy test+pers test)
medical
cognitive
interview
Best of luck!
Still waiting...
