To Jazz or not?
Got a call from them but I may not be interested. Just wondering, out of courtesy, if I should still call them back to say I am not interested in working for them?

You should call them back out of courtesy. If you ARE interested, they will do anything possible to accomodate you and your schedule so please call them back...not to mention that you might be holding up a spot that can go to someone who IS interested.

As your mother said "Good manners never go astray." Call them up and kindly decline. Opens the door for the next person on the list and doesn't burn a bridge behind you.
