Training Bonds again
Has anyone in Canada had any luck walking away from a bond? And if you did, did you just walk and they didn't pursue or did you have to go to court over it?
I am not talking about walking away from an airline (like Skyservice or Canjet) but from a corporate type of opperator.
Any legal opinions would be great.
