Perimeter Airlines Info?

Hey guys. Does anyone have any info a potential first officer would like to have about Perimeter Airlines? I'd like the usual, pay, QOL, bases, etc etc. Also, a side question, I'm an American pilot. Does anyone know of what it takes to convert to Canadian licenses?

from what i've read perimeter hires from within... either off the ramp or from the pool of instructors in their flight school.
