Non Resident Info ?

I'm a Canadian airline guy and heard that some of our esteemed colleauges have residency out of Canada and can avoid paying Canadian Taxes.
I am attempting to do the same and am looking for a professional to aid in this matter.
If anyone would be so kind to offer some advice, or perhaps a reference, it would be greatly appreciated.
