Bearskin Airlines - Still Operating the PC-12? Good Place to Work?

I remember reading about Bearskin Airlines out of Thunder Bay (I think) and its use of the PC-12. Anyone work for this airline and fly the PC-12? If so, how do you like the airline and the PC-12? Would this be a good place to get some experience? What are the positives and negatives of flying for Bearskin?

They have laidoff about 20 pilots. They don't use the pc-12 anymore except for one that is used for the odd charter. Only one captain and F.O. for that bird.

Bearskin, etc

Two Crew in a PC12? Bit of an over-kill isn't it? Is it a contract requirement or something?

In a commercial op it is easier to crew it 2 for insurance reasons
these days. In addition, there are limitations when flying single crew. No flight over FL250, so leass fuel efficient, and more restrictive flight and duty time limitations.
