I was wondering if any readers would be able to provide me with a breakdown of operating costs for a Beaver Floatplane.

Wow, that's a bit of a loaded question... There are so many variables... What kind of operation are you thinking? Salt or fresh water? Pilot hours? Who's doing your overhauls? It's not so simple as saying it costs XXX to operate a beaver...
