Anybody know what those Tutors were doing over downtown Toronto Saturday morning, Feb. 14? 2 planes in formation around 10 a.m..

Aerial photography? It looked like they were just out having fun. They did a couple of passes over the city side by side and then took off.

okay, here's my fairly educated guess. If they were red white and blue, then they were probably Snowbirds 10 and 11, coordinators setting up the show schedule for this year, it's an annual thing and required to ensure that the various show sites are aware of the safety requirements that TC and the CF adhere to during airshow displays.

Here's to a safe and successful 2004 show season from a former #3

Pretty hard to argue with a former #3.
