David Miller opposes CYTZ expansion
David Miller, a canidate for mayor for Toronto, is running a ridiculous commercial on the radio (I heard it on Jazz Fm 91), where a man is heard to yell over the sound of a jet aircraft that "..the noise of jets taking off regularly", will destroy the waterfront.
I sent a respnonse on his web site, where I pointed out that that the flight path for rwys 8/26 is over *water*, and at least 1/2 mile from shore. Apparently he is the *only* candidate for mayor that opposes the airport. I have no idea on what his chances are for election, but he sure won't get my vote !
