Trying find out more info on JMC/TC airlines under search, but this facility is not working. Has it been removed for good?

Ever since the last software update it's been a bit iffy!

I'm keeping my options open, as they say! I am it enjoying very much, but down here in LGW the longhaul is not distributed fairly and some people get 2-3 one week trips a month and some people have not have a trip in ages.

This then affects salary as some earn £1400-2000 a month and some only £900-1200 which is of course not really fair. Don't know what rostering are playing at, it can't be that hard to give out 1 week trips evenly!


Also am not really impressed with staff travel (concessions) there isn't any!!

hey monarch girl. well i find it hard to believe some people are getting up to 3 trips a month! coz ive worked for monarch for nearly six years and never had that! to be honest im quite happy with 1 every other month ! good luck with tcx

If its not that hard , make a suggestion . Its been a long term issue for some ,but no one has suggested a better / different way yet .(To my knowledge)
