Air Scotland/Holland (Glasgow-Jerez) Well Done!
Flew on our new national airline for the first time this week. A football charter to the UEFA Cup final.
Despite the delays which affected most of the charters, I thought the mixed crew (Air Scotland and Air Holland) were excellent. Handled it really well with a good mix of tact, humour and professionalism, despite the sizeable proportion of overly 'refreshed' passengers.
So well done to Nikki and the crew(even if you are a Rangers fan ;o) - thanks for a really good trip!
