IMHO most guys think the same but keep quiet for an easy life.

QF uniform is looking pretty sharp these days, I like it.
OS (old Lauda) great, nice and casual with the best looking people in them
BA not looking too bad in their new uniforms either.
SQ girls great too - something different.

Skirts or trousers?
My first airline, the girls had a choice of pants (tight around the hips with no belt), knee length skirt, pinnifort (?spelling), or a longer skirt (which was gotten rid of due to safety - not easy to swim in supposedly). It was a tailored navy suit, with a deep darkish sky blue textured top with a collar that didnt fold down, but stuck up - had a very nice shape to it. A deep yellow scarf made it look fantastic.
Whether the wore pants, skirt, dress, it al looked fantastic. We used to do some quite long duties so we'd be heavy crewed, or sometimes we'd pick up the last sector from another crew after overnighting, so there would be 6-8 flight attendants, and 4-5 pilots who also had a pretty cool uniform. For a smaller narrowbody aircraft it was a lot of crew, but it definitely felt like a fashion parade walking through the terminal on the way home with up to 12-13 of us walking through the terminal.
We used to arrive about the same time as emirates, and it used to look quite funny all these crew stepping off a smaller aircraft, almost as many as were stepping of the 777-300 at the Bay next to us.
I like the QF uniform - didnt at first, but it does look very classy.
Air Niugini's female uniform (minus the blazer) looks very nice. Its a light flowing dress with pink or aqua 'bird of paradise' print. Sounds awful i know, but it looks very nice.
Not a fan of Air NZ, old or new. Old was just too strange (something youd expect Helen Clark to wear playing tennis), and the new are just too 'Star Trek - Search for the planet Bland'
Have to say I vomit a little in my mouth at the sight of Freedom Air's FA uniforms. I was ground crew for them, and had to wear the yellow polo shirt, and lets just say the only way I got through the day was in a fake mostache and a wig. The real me wouldnt be seen dead in that!
Love the new Australian Airlines mens shirt.
Not a fan of American or Deltas uniforms (well this is going back a couple years now). They either made them look like bus drivers or high school students.
United can look good, and can look dreadful. I saw UA crew regularly at syd as we passed through security - and it was hard not to stare, they looked so worn out. Flew UA on a 737 last year, and they looked fantastic. Same uniform, just looked much more professional. (They were clean from cat hair for a start!).
