MEL QF Stage 5 CC Recruitment

Just received my email from ccrecruitment@qf regarding having made it thru to Stage 5 - the shortlist!! Have heard from MAM F/A's that Short Haul is currently overstaffed and that all recruitment for Long Haul has been put on hold for six months!

Does anyone else have any information to confirm or deny this information?

Congrats to everyone else who also got thru but not entirely commiserating with those that didn't considering we're all back at the same position ultimately.

Finding it hard to keep positive,

Sadly both Long and Short Haul are both overstaffed...and the situation isn't about to get any easier for the forseeable future while the Iraqi conflict continues.

QF has a recruitment freeze on right now...sorry to let the air out of your tyres!

Congratulations on getting this far - at least those that made the shortlist like yourself know they were good enough to get thru!

Now all you need are jobs and you're set!

Congratulations to those who have been shortlisted in the Melbourne recruitment.

Wondered if anyone could confirm if those people on the short list from the Sydney recruitment process have had their 6 months frozen since QF have put a freeze on their recruitment process.

I realize there will be a lot of speculation regarding this matter but would appreciate if someone could could confirm this or advise otherwise.

Congratulations once again guys and girls, hopefully this world will return to some normality soon and we can all begin to realize those long awaited dreams.
