Thumbs up Superb

Just a quick word to say thanks to the cabin crew on a BA A319 routing FRA-LHR in whose company I had the pleasure of spending an hour, after a 12hr flight from Asia.

They really were something special: friendly, chatty, looking as though they really enjoyed working with each other and performing their job.

I must say that I've never really been a fan of BA. But these particular lads and lasses on this particular flight certainly gave me reason to rethink my opinion. They were a lesson to airlines everywhere on what true cabin crew professionalism is all about.

Many thanks for making a long trip a lot easier to handle.
