Excellent Service
I have recently flown with Lufthansa from Heathrow to Hamburg and I thought it was important for me to say a big thank you to all staff on board.
The flight out was a little hairy, but the cabin crew were so good at reassuring everyone (especially me!) and their smiles were very welcome.
On the return flight every one was just as friendly and helpful and I just wanted to say a big thank you as it made my journey far more enjoyable. I'm not what you would call a seasoned traveller, so I really appreciated all the hardwork they did.
I will most certainly try to book this flight again.
