I believe Britannia are to start recruiting over the next couple of months for MAN for Summer 2003.
Keep checking out the website www.britanniaairways.com for up-to-date information. (It may only have recruitment days for LGW and STN at the moment but a little birdie has told me that MAN is next). Great charter airline to work for with the chance of an ever increasing longhaul programme.

Didn't know whether it was charter or scheduled you were interested in. I've been flying for BY now for 6 years and wouldn't change it for the world !
