Easyjet/Ryanair interviews

Can anyone give me any tips on Easyjet & Ryanair interview techniques? Also, how strict are they on 'Weight in proportion to height?'

I was never weighed or measured at my easyjet interview, and we do have quite a few "larger" crew members, so I don't think we're too strict.
