Aer Lingus compliment

I recently flew EI after a family funeral.

Not going into details but a certain member of the cabin crew made a 'difference' to my trip home by her actions. Probably very insignificant and nondescript in the overall scheme of thing but to me at the time was significant to me.

I submitted the online feedback from the website but wonder if this will actually get a positive feedback to her manager or personnel file?

As I've not given much detail and obviously don't want to put names here I'll just say "Thanks 'V'" for making sure my paintings were safe on the way to LAX.yesterday.
