FAA Cabin Management Changes

I have heard, although not seen it confirmed, that the FAA is ordering that curtains are no longer allowed to be closed during flights under their authority so that cabin crew have an umimpeded view of the cabin.

Has anyone else heard this and interestingly has the FAA also commented on solid class dividers.
