Wink Pilot and Cabin Crew safety survey

In light of recent catastrophic fatal events in the aviation industry, including that of the GermanWings crash, I am working on a research project gathering data on pilot and cabin crew stress, and their confidence as to whether they can approach their employer about their work-related issues, and that of their work colleagues.

If you are a commercial pilot or cabin crew (or have been), I would be grateful if you could take 10 minutes to complete the following survey:

The survey is now closed. Thank you to all that contributed.

A link to the results to the survey will be published on this site in a couple of months’ time.

Note: if you are not a pilot or cabin crew, please don’t attempt to complete the survey. If you are interested, I can supply you with a list of the questions and/or a demo version of the survey.

Thank you in advance.

This is something close to my heart. I've been cc for a while now, and I love my work. Something personal happened to me that affected my performance at work. I wanted to discuss it with my airline but I know it would have gone on my record. Also I know a work colleague was having a lot of issues and again I couldn't discuss it at work (not that I like telling tales about people, but she needed support and help). Although I don't think these incidents directly affected safety at the time, it might have.

I'm interested to see the results and see if other people feel they can't trust their employer. Also this is for pilots as well right? - interesting to see if they have a different system and more confidentiality.

Hope to see the results soon.
