Just wanted to say thanks to the cabin and flight crew of these two flights for looking after both my daughters on their first ever trip out of the UK this week.
That's it really - they were both nervous about flying for the first time, but they came back having thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You guys (and Gals!) rock!
