Good to see thanks posted.
As a regular pax I have always made a point of sending a letter or Email when I have had a good flight. I just think it is important. Cabin service folks worked hard to get there and they work damn hard on duty.
Just like to think of the delight on the face of whoever opens the mail when they see a complimentary letter/Email amongst the dread of thousands they must open which are complaints.

Hello Boys and Girls and fellow citizens of Wibble,
As an airline employee it makes a change to recieve a thank you letter, it does make us feel good about doing our job. In my opinion we don't get enough thanks for what we do, be it from passengers, crew or management.
