Has anyone ever had to offload pax for becoming aggressive or unreasonably drunk? How did you handle the situation?

Hello Boys and Girls and fellow citizens of Wibble,

Hey there Brown eyes

I have had a few pax offloaded due to alcohol and being aggressive, it is a tough one to deal with but one of them, (a drunk pax that had know idea what, who or where he was) basically there I was trying to clam him down and reason with him, while warning him about his behaviour and the consequences of his actions. One of my other crew members was talking to the ground agent and trying to get security to the A/C, when security came the man was taken away and I don't know what happened after that.

In my opinion, in this day and age with the ever unpredictable world that we live in, there should be more people policing the airports so that we don't get the drunk, abusive, voilet and downright unpleasant pax anywher near our aircraft. having said that it would mean leaving most of the passengers behind!! make our jobs easier and safer though.
