Safety demos

Do any airlines have restrictions (on safety grounds) for crew standing up and e.g. pointing to the exits during a cabin safety demo, whilst the aircraft is taxying?

When you hear the Senior cabin crew member (or flight crew) say 'cabin crew take your seats for take off' that is when the rules kick in and you are expected to immediately take seat and strap in.

If a crew member ignores this and subsequently suffers an injury due to not being in seat they would have to answer to their management.

This is BA and other airlines may differ.
