Cool Flybe Scheduling

Hi there

Does anyone know what the scheduling is like for Flybe cabin crew? Can you request earlies, what are the days on/off patterns, etc? Also how many sectors do they do a day, 4?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Scheduling at flybe is a challenge for crew. A weak agreement meaning constant changes to your rostered duties even on the day changes. Full time pattern mostly 6 on 2/3 off 5 on 2 off then 6 on 2/3off. However can sometimes be reduced to single day off followed by 3 on. Most days 4 or 6 sectors sometimes position sector at start of day or end to get you home or to another base to night stop. Min of 8 days off each month.
