BA 394 to Brussels today - a big thanks
A big thank you to Cherry/Cherie and Maria and particularly the Turnaround Manager on BA 394 today.
Your skilful handling of the outrageously behaved, erratic and - I suspect mentally ill - pax in 8B today and the way you managed to get him - muttering but wierldly cheerful - off the flight (he was shouting, karate kicking and headbutting the seats) was masterful.
Thank you for listening to our concerns and working as a team with the flight deck and ramp staff to ensure our safety wasn't compromised.
