pprune is a wealth of information! has helped me a lot! if you just do a search on emirates in the cabin crew area it will list all topics!
Some EK cabin crew have written some great stuff!

There is a company called "The results Centre" that have a book or video that you can purchase which tells you absolutely everything about every airline. Eg. questions at interviews, what to wear, pay, height/weight. I know there is one on the Gold Coast Australia. Give them a call.
