Advice from Monarch cabin crew please

I am thinking of applying to Monarch, and wondered if any current cc could answer this please?

It really would help me if I could work every weekend whilst I completely appreciate that it can't be guaranteed are rostering quite helpful or the base managers? (Manchester) and do you think they would help with that (bearing in mind most people prefer weekends off)
