Inflight service trolleys

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a hold of used trolleys? In any condition. I've asked crew on my flights and caterers and no one seems to know what happens to old, used or U/S trolleys.

Mainly looking for something local (Australia) but if the price is right I will look at shipping from overseas.

Thanks!

If you have enough miles on Lufthansa you can buy one from their shop. Otherwise check the worldshop as they call it.

I saw on The Project on Monday night how every single thing Air Australia ever owned was being auctioned off. They showed trolleys, BFCUKs, everything. Not sure where you could bid though. But they were selling everything...even the roll up stairs.

Maybe

Have you tried contacting Flarose in Melbourne.. the guy there is good with airline stuff and he may know where to source one..

I have seen them on ebay but the problem is the cost to send something like that to Australia.

I think all Air Australia stuff would be sold out of Brisbane as their head office was in BNE.. Good luck
