Baggage allowance on US Airways on ID90

Can anyone answer this question.

We are due to fly to the States next week on our long service ticket, however when in the states we will be flying to Washigton DC with US Airways so we have got ID90's however we read on the US Airways site that they charge $25 for the first checked in bag and more for the rest.
Can anyone tell me if this applies to crew from other airlines on ID90's?
Got to decide if we travel light with one bag each or not

Thanks

We had to pay last time we used ID50 tickets, the attitude was if the baggage fee wasn't on the ticket, then you had to pay....
